An item shop for Roblox games. You pay for an item here, then one of our own players meets you inside the game and hands it over in an ordinary trade. There’s nothing to install and no account access involved — we’re a shop, not a game developer, and not a payment processor either: Stripe takes the payment on its own page.

You pay, then a real RovaLoot player meets you in-game and trades you the items. Checkout asks for two things: your Roblox username and your Discord username. No password, ever. Once your payment clears we show you the Roblox account to add — on your confirmation page and in your receipt — and you wait for its invite message while staying online in the game.

Yes — it’s where we confirm orders, sort out problems and handle refunds, so it’s a required field at checkout along with your Discord username. It’s free, there’s nothing to install, and you can join before you buy anything. If you’d rather not, please don’t order: we’d have no reliable way to reach you.

We deliver as soon as one of our players is online, and we message you in-game when we do. Outside working hours that can take up to 12 hours. If your order hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of payment, you’re entitled to a full refund.

We deliver by trading in-game — the same thing any two players can do. No exploits, no scripts, no bots, and we never ask for or use your account. We’ve delivered more than 1,000 orders, and not one customer has come back to us with a ban.

Contact support or open a Discord ticket with your order number. We respond within an hour. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’re covered if your order wasn’t delivered within 24 hours, if the wrong items arrived, if you were charged with no confirmation, or if a technical error stopped delivery. You’re not covered if the order was delivered, or if delivery failed because the username you gave was wrong.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through Stripe. You pay on Stripe’s own page — your card details never touch our site and we never store them. All prices are in US dollars.

No. You can buy without one. If you’d like your order history and receipts in one place, you can sign in later with a link we email you — no password to remember.

No. RovaLoot isn’t affiliated with Roblox Corporation or with any game developer, and buying from us gives you no standing with either of them. Roblox and all game names are trademarks of their respective owners.
