That’s where we reach you about your order, and it’s required at checkout — you’ll enter your Discord username alongside your Roblox one. It takes about ten seconds and there’s nothing to install.
Pick your items, type your Roblox and Discord usernames, and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe handles the payment — we never see your card details.
The moment your payment clears we show you the exact Roblox account to add, on your order confirmation and in your receipt. Add it, wait for the invite message, and ignore anyone else who contacts you — it will not be us.
One of our players meets you in-game and hands the items over in a normal trade. That’s the whole thing. No password, no account access, no scripts.
How fast that is depends on whether one of our players is online. Outside working hours, allow up to 12 hours. The delivery walkthrough covers what to do at each step, including the case where nobody messages you.

We deliver by trading in-game — the same action any two players can do. No scripts, no exploits, no bots, and we never touch your account. We’ve delivered more than 1,000 orders, and not one customer has come back to us with a ban.
Then you get your money back. If your order isn’t delivered within 24 hours of payment, you’re entitled to a full refund — that’s written into our refund policy, not a goodwill gesture. Wrong items and failed deliveries are covered too.
Stripe. You’ll be taken to Stripe’s own checkout page to pay, and your card details never touch our site. We’re an item shop, not a payment processor.
Items start at $3.50. Every price is on the item, before you add anything to your cart. One payment, nothing recurring, nothing added at the end.
We deliver as soon as one of our players is online, and we’ll message you in-game the moment we do. Outside working hours that can stretch to 12 hours. You do need to be online in the game — we can’t trade with someone who isn’t there.
We need your Roblox username to find you in-game and your Discord username to reach you about the order. Email is optional and only used for your receipt and order updates. We don’t sell data and we don’t run advertising or analytics trackers.
Every order is covered. You’re entitled to a full refund if:
Open a ticket with your order details. We respond within an hour, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Two things aren’t covered, and we’d rather say so now: orders that were delivered successfully, and deliveries that failed because the Roblox username you gave us was wrong. Double-check it at checkout.

It’s free, there’s nothing to install, and you can join before you buy anything. If you’d rather not, please don’t order: we’d have no reliable way to reach you.
