1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RovaLoot (“the Site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

RovaLoot is an online marketplace for Roblox in-game items. We facilitate the delivery of virtual items in Sailor Piece, Grow a Garden 2, Steal a Brainrot and Murder Mystery 2. All deliveries are performed manually by verified RovaLoot players inside the game. Which games we sell can change; the shop is the authoritative list.

RovaLoot is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or with any game developer. Roblox and all game names are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. By using RovaLoot, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. RovaLoot does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in USD.

5. Delivery policy

We deliver as soon as one of our players is online and will contact you in-game at that point. Outside working hours this can take up to 12 hours. Delivery requires you to be online in the applicable Roblox game. If delivery cannot be completed within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide a valid Roblox username at checkout. Delivery attempted to an incorrect username is not refundable.
• Be online in-game at the time of delivery, or respond promptly to our delivery team.
• Do not attempt to charge back or dispute a valid completed delivery.
• Do not use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not: resell items purchased from RovaLoot commercially without our consent; abuse the refund system; harass RovaLoot staff; or attempt to compromise site security.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

RovaLoot is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Virtual items are subject to changes made by Roblox or game developers beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

RovaLoot’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
