Buying Roblox items without getting scammed

What a real seller needs from you

For an in-game trade, the honest answer is short: a username to find you by, and a way to message you. That is it. We ask for a Roblox username and a Discord username, and email only if you want a receipt.

The reason nobody selling items needs your password is that the delivery mechanism is a trade between two players standing in the same game. Both of you are present, both of you confirm. Account access adds nothing to that — it replaces it with a different transaction entirely, one where you are not in the room.

What nobody ever needs

• Your password. There is no item, no discount and no queue position that requires it.
• A two-factor code. A code read out loud is a password with a shorter lifespan.
• A login on a site that is not roblox.com. Check the address bar character by character. Look-alike domains are the most common version of this.
• Remote access to your device. Screen sharing to “verify” an account is the same request wearing a different hat.
• A gift card code, or a payment outside the shop’s own checkout. Both exist because they are unrecoverable once sent.

Warning signs that are worth walking away over

None of these prove a scam on its own. Two of them together are usually enough.

• A price far under everyone else’s, with a reason attached. The reason is the tell — a real bargain does not need a story.
• Pressure on the clock. “This offer ends in ten minutes” exists to stop you checking anything.
• The seller moves the conversation, then the payment, off the platform where you found them.
• You are asked to send first, on trust, with the item to follow. In a trade window, both sides move at once; anything else is a favour you are doing a stranger.
• A second person appears mid-order claiming to be staff. Impersonating support in DMs is routine. Check the account against the server’s own member list before answering.
• No written refund terms. A shop that will not say in advance what happens when it fails has told you what happens when it fails.

The risk that does not go away

Buying in-game items from a third party carries risk that no seller can remove. A game’s own rules may not permit it, and rules change without notice. A trade you accept cannot be reversed by the game. And the practical risk of dealing with a stranger — that they take the money and vanish — is a matter of who you are dealing with, not of technique.

What we can say about our own record, and no more than this: we have delivered more than 1,000 orders, and not one customer has come back to us with a ban. That is our own count of our own orders. It is not an audited figure, it is not a promise about your account, and it says nothing about anyone else’s shop.

Our side of it is the part we control. We deliver by trading in-game, which is an action the game already permits any two players to take. No scripts, no exploits, no bots, no account access.

How to check us specifically

Read our refund policy before you buy anything. It names what is covered — undelivered after 24 hours, wrong item, charged with no confirmation, our own technical failure — and the one thing that is not, which is a delivery that failed because the username you gave us was wrong.

Every price is on the item, on the shop page, before anything enters a cart. Payment goes through Stripe’s own checkout page, so your card details never reach us. And you can talk to a person in our Discord (opens in a new tab) before you spend anything, which is the cheapest verification available to you.
